Please print and fill out the following documents I9, W4, New Hire Info, and Background Check. Please bring them to your first shift with your proof of employment eligibility for the I9. This is typically your Passport OR Drivers licence/Birth certificate AND Social Security Card, there are full directions are listed on the I9 if you have questions. The Background check will need to be notarized, you can find a notary at most any bank.
